Man Utd secure first option on Chilean whizkid Angelo Henriquez

Manchester United have an option on Chilean whizkid Angelo Henriquez.

The 18 year-old attacker spent time with United last season and 6cero.com says they now have first refusal on the youngster.

Henriquez is tied to Universidad de Chile, and United can exercise an option to sign the 18-year-old striker - dubbed a blend of Alexis Sanchez and Ivan Zamorano - anytime between now and 2014.

The fee agreed between the two clubs is for around £3.5million.

Chilean teenage sensation Angelo Henriquez has spoken of his desire to join Manchester United, as the Universidad de Chile striker returns from an impressive performance in the South American U-17 Championship in Ecuador.

Although Chile disappointed in the competition and went out in the first round, 16-year-old Henriquez was the stand-out talent as he found the net in three of his four appearances.

His performances have definitely alerted the interest of Sir Alex Ferguson's side.
